1) Description of the Service

hitapp is a digital platform where users can read and write stories, share content, and interact with content published by others. The Service includes features such as discovery, reading, writing, comments, and likes, and may evolve or change over time.

2) Account Creation & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Individuals under 13 may not create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your account (including password confidentiality) and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing misleading information, impersonating others, or creating multiple accounts for abusive purposes may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3) User Content

Any stories, titles, cover images, comments, and other content you publish through the App ("User Content") are entirely your responsibility. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the content you publish and that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties. While hitapp is not obligated to pre-screen User Content, it reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms.

4) Prohibited Content & Conduct

• Content involving insults, defamation, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
• Sexually explicit content, child exploitation, or material inappropriate for the intended audience.
• Misinformation, spam, fraud, phishing, or content containing malware.
• Attempts to disrupt the normal operation of the Service, access it through automated means, or bypass security measures.
• Any content or conduct that violates applicable laws and regulations.

5) Subscription & Payment

The App may offer paid subscription plans for access to certain features. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and the applicable fee is charged to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the relevant app store (App Store / Google Play) or your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, no refunds are provided for partially used periods.

6) Intellectual Property

The App, including its logos, trademarks, software, designs, interfaces, and editorial content, is owned by hitapp or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights in User Content remain with the respective user. To enable us to operate, publish, promote, and improve the Service, you grant hitapp a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable limited license to use your User Content.

7) Account Suspension & Deletion

If conduct violating these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws is detected, hitapp reserves the right to warn users, remove content, restrict features, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate accounts. You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting [email protected]. Upon account deletion, statutory retention obligations apply as described in the Privacy Policy.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". hitapp makes no express or implied warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. We assume no responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of User Content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hitapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9) Changes to These Terms

hitapp may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify users via appropriate channels such as in-app notifications or email. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
